JR served as creative and marketing support for Wisconsin Independent Learning College (WILC)  as Branding and Creative Support Milwaukee Festival Brass. JR currently serves on the printing and graphic arts curriculum planning committee at the Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) he served as an active member in the Milwaukee Business Marketing Association (BMA) for more than 32 years. He was a past board member for the Elmbrook Humane Society (EBHS) for nine years served as creative support for Children’s Hospital of Milwaukee.  JR and wife Laura have been active members at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Brookfield for over 34 years. Laura is the Director of St. John’s Preschool.
